Contract - 9 months (Maternity Leave Cover) Full Time Hours (38 per week)

Program and Position Overview
William Campbell Foundation (WCF) is a not for profit Christian organisation that provides a range of services, including permanency support programs for children and young people. Additionally, WCF delivers therapeutic services to children, young people, individuals and families.
WCF is committed to child safe practices and permanency outcomes for children and young people in care to provide a positive, safe and healing experience that addresses trauma, attachment, self-regulation, culture and community needs.

The role of Family Support Services Coordinator provides administrative support and guidance to a team of Casual Community Support workers in implementing quality wrap around services including:

supervised family time
-
supervision and education supports
-
transport
-
mentoring
-
family preservation
to both WCF’s Permanency Support Program and external services.

Key Requirements
​
-
Demonstrated effective administrative, organisational, time management and self-motivation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to interpret information, to assess referrals and support the allocation of work to staff, ensuring it is equitable, appropriate, and relevant to staff skill level.

Possess high level effective and respectful communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with other WCF staff, carers, referring agencies and stakeholders.

Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Check and Current Unrestricted C Class Drivers Licence and access to two referees from previous supervisors.
